These terms govern your use of People Pulse. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

People Pulse Is Not Scientific Polling

People Pulse shows informal public sentiment snapshots. Results are not scientific polls, election forecasts, financial advice, legal advice, or professional research.

Eligibility

People Pulse is intended for users 17 and older. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and respectfully.

Accounts

You may need an account to vote, save polls, report content, or use certain app features. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use People Pulse to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or target another person.
• Submit false reports or attempt to manipulate polls through automated or abusive behavior.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service.
• Use the service for unlawful activity.

Content and Reports

People Pulse may include polls about current events and high-interest topics. You can report content that appears misleading, abusive, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove, limit, or review content or accounts at our discretion.

Availability

People Pulse is currently in private alpha and may change, pause, or become unavailable while we improve the product.
